Nancy Blanton, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a  Family, Dependency, Circuit, County and Appellate Mediator.  Nancy began mediating in 1987 and served as a contract mediator and later as Mediation Coordinator for the Third Judicial Circuit in Lake City, Florida from 2005-2010. 

Nancy is currently a member of the Mediator Ethics and Advisory Committee for the Florida Supreme Court.  She is a past president of the Florida Association of Professional Family Mediators and past president of the Florida  Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.  

Nancy has also served as supervisor and later contract professional with the Department of Children and Families.    Nancy has experience serving as  a mental health professional completing family evaluations and expert witness regarding children's issues.  

While working for the Court on contract and later as the Mediation Coordinator, Nancy also performed Parenting Coordinator duties and served on the original Parenting Coordinator Work group developing Parenting Coordination legislation that was later passed.
