Michael Kelly, Esq. is a Florida licensed attorney and Board Certified Specialist in Juvenile Law in private practice.  Previously, Mr. Kelly was an attorney for the State Attorney’s Office specializing in actions for termination of parental rights and a senior attorney for the Department of Children and Families handling all dependency matters from shelter to termination of parental rights.  His practice now focuses on representing children and parents in dependency matters, children with special needs and adoptions.
